BOOKING AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS
We require 50% of the rental as a booking deposit to confirm a reservation.
If you book by telephone we will provisionally hold the period you require for a week to allow you to arrange the deposit. We accept PAYPAL payments, direct bank transfer on international cheque. If you book in the year prior to your reservation, a deposit of 25% will suffice with a further 25% to be paid in January of the rental year. The balance 50% should be paid in advance five weeks prior to arrival. CHECKING IN & OUT
Bookings normally start Saturday at 4 pm and guests should please depart by 10 am on the Saturday of departure.
NO CHARGE ITEMS
Prices include all linen, towels, firewood.
EXTRAS
• Housecleaning and laundry can be arranged.• Specially prepared meals for entertaining or functions can be arranged. These items are charged at the end of your stay at cost depending on usage. |

CANCELLATIONS
We understand unforeseen circumstances may cause you to cancel the booking.
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, there is a minimum cancellation fee of 200 to cover the cost of re-advertising and administration costs. If you cancel 120 - 40 days prior to the commencement of the rental period we charge 50% of the total rent but we will return this less the cancellation fee if we re-let. If you cancel less than 40 days prior to the booking we retain 100% of the total rental unless we manage to re-let. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover this eventuality. PLEASE NOTE
