We offer large group accommodation in Limerick. The castle sleep 15 people in 8 bedrooms, 7 of these bedrooms have king or queen beds (the green and grey rooms can be changed to two single beds) and there is one single room. All the rooms are furnished with family antiques and very comfortable beds. The beautiful drawing room off the main entrance is filled with antiques and works of art which make it a special place to sit and chat, and perhaps put another log on the open fire when it suits. The elegant large dining room with its rich red walls, and fine silver candelabra lighting up the large mahogany dining table, is a pleasure to dine in at night. The study is a cosy sitting room with leather sofas and open fireplace. It has free wireless internet access You will enjoy the large warm and welcoming kitchen with its “always on” 4 oven AGA cooking range. It is a comfortable room where you can relax while enjoying meal preparation.

On the premises are leisure facilities including a sauna for relaxation, full sized snooker/billiard table, table tennis, a hard court tennis court, boules, archery and our newly installed hot tub. The Baroness’s Room

The Baroness’s room with it’s rich colours and fabrics overlooks the lawns to the west of the castle. It has a 5ft (queen) half tester bed and an en-suite bathroom which has a gigantic bathtub with hand held shower.

The Baron’s Room

The Baron’s room is a beautifully light room with a 6 ft (king sized) four poster bed. The windows overlook the front of the castle with a great view of the mature trees (sometimes the herd of red deer can be seen grazing in the field) and along the avenue. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a freestanding slipper bath as well as a sofa.

The Garden Room

The Garden room on the ground floor is a lovely airy room with a 5ft (Queen) bed. The beautiful fern pattern fabric in the curtains is taken from a design by the early 20th century American interior designer, Elsie de Wolfe. There is a very large en-suite tiled shower room suitable for wheelchair use. As the bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor it is well suited to guests with less mobility.

The Green Room

The Green bedroom can be made up for you as either a 6ft (king) bed or two single beds. The room overlooks the front of the castle grounds. The bathroom is situated just across the hall and is very large with a sauna and walk in shower as well as a very large bathtub. This spacious bathroom overlooks the courtyard.

The Oak Room

The Oak bedroom with it’s large and luxurious ornately carved antique 4 poster single bed is a pleasure to sleep in.

The Grey Room

The Grey bedroom, also at the front of the castle, is an elegant coloured room with a very high ceiling. This room can also be made up as either a 6ft (king)or as 2 single beds to suit your needs. It has its own shower, toilet and sink.

The Yellow bedroom is a cosy double room with a queen bed and lovely view

The Arch Room

Located over the archway into the courtyard, the arch bedroom is a charming retreat with slit windows and a 5′ queen bed. It has its own bathroom with bath and handheld shower.
